Shipping
All of our items are brand new and ship directly from the warehouse. Your purchase will ship 2-10 business days after your order is placed. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery inside the US and a couple of extra days during peak shipping times such as holidays or special occassions..
We ship Priority Mail, DHL, or UPS whichever option fits the order best. Please provide a street address as UPS will not ship to PO boxes. (We reserve the right to choose which carrier that we use for any order)
We offer a discount for multiple item purchases which is $6.00 per item for orders in the continental 48 United States. We also offer "Free Shipping" for orders over $100.00 shipping to the 48 continental United States. Sorry, we cannot offer the free shipping or multiple item discount to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses. Please select the correct shipping method during checkout for your order. Orders with an incorrect shipping method chosen will be automatically cancelled and refunded..
Our Shipping prices are for shipping to the United States. All items ship insured & the insurance is included in our shipping prices.

Availability
The items on this site are instock, unless tagged as out of stock, to the best of our knowledge and we check inventory status several times a day. However, on occassion, an order may be placed before we get an item tagged as out of stock due to the popularity of the item. If this should happen, we will refund your purchase immediately and cancel your order.
Returns
Please Note: We will replace damaged or defective merchandise only. We do not accept returns. Please look at the pictures well and read the descriptions before placing an order so that you know what you are buying. If you have any questions that are not answered on the product page, please email us prior to ordering. All items are guaranteed to arrive free of damage or defects. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must email us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) at sales@treasureshopmall.com with product number and description of damage for replacement.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Claims are processed quickly and every attempt is made to resolve as quickly as possible. However, some take longer than others and stock quantities can effect the length of time that it takes to get a replacement out. Please allow up to six weeks for a claim to be resolved.
